Personal Training

What does it consist of?

  • Initial consultation with a personal trainer, including: medical history with past and current lifestyle assessment.
    Also, a fitness and/or functional assessment and goal setting.
  • We offer 4-hour to 20-hour personal training packages in private, partner or group settings.
