We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, something for everyone!
Our classes include:

Please note: All classes are drop in, no additional fees are required.

Personal Training
What does it consist of?
- Initial consultation with a personal trainer, including: medical history with past and current lifestyle assessment.
Also, a fitness and/or functional assessment and goal setting. - We offer 4-hour to 20-hour personal training packages in private, partner or group settings.
